- 1 cupof crushed digestive biscuits
- 1/4 cupof milk
- 1 cupof eggs
- 1/20 cupof vanilla
- 1/20 cupof cinnamon
- 1 cupof white bread
- 1/7 cupof butter
- 1/7 cupof sugar powder
Take a bowl and add the eggs, milk, 1 teaspoon of vanilla and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon and mix well.
Slice the bread.
Dip your bread slices into the mixture and into the crushed digestive biscuits.
Fry with butter for a few minutes on each side.
You can sprinkle them with sugar powder.
