French Toast and Eggy Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 cupof crushed digestive biscuits
  • 1/4 cupof milk
  • 1 cupof eggs
  • 1/20 cupof vanilla
  • 1/20 cupof cinnamon
  • 1 cupof white bread
  • 1/7 cupof butter
  • 1/7 cupof sugar powder

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl and add the eggs, milk, 1 teaspoon of vanilla and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon and mix well.

  2. Slice the bread.

  3. Dip your bread slices into the mixture and into the crushed digestive biscuits.

  4. Fry with butter for a few minutes on each side.

  5. You can sprinkle them with sugar powder.
