French Onion Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cupof chopped onions
  • 1/4 cupof butter
  • 1/6 cupof flour
  • 1/10 cupof sugar
  • 1/10 cupof pepper
  • 1/10 cupof soy sauce
  • 3 cupsof beef broth
  • 1 cupof bread
  • 1 cupof cheese

Instructions

  1. Chop three onions firstly. Then, melt butter and add there onions.

  2. While the onions are cooking, mix together flour, sugar, pepper and sauce.

  3. Add flour mixture to the onions, when they are already cooked. Pour it with beef broth. Let it cook for 3-4 hours.

  4. While the soup is cooking, take French bread and make some croutons. Cut the bread, put cheese on top and put it into the oven. Enjoy your soup with croutons!
