- 3/4 cupof plain biscuits
- 1/3 cupof chopped butter
- 1 cupof of cream cheese
- 2 cupsof sweetened condensed milk
- 1/10 cupof vanilla essence
- 1 cupof fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cupof Fruits for decoration
Put biscuits into the blender, add butter and mix everything well.
Take a baking pot and put biscuits mixture in the bottom. This is the crust.
Put cream cheese, condensed milk, vanilla essence and lemon juice into blender and mix it well.
Put the mixture on top of the crust.
It is ready to go to the fridge for 2-3 hours.
Decorate your cheesecake with fruits you like.
