  • 1/2 cupof eggs
  • 1 cupof sausages
  • 1/7 cupof milk
  • 1/7 cupof oil
  • 1/10 cupof butter
  • 2 cupsof bread
  • 1/7 cupof ketchup


  1. Cut your sausages into halves.

  2. Take a bowl and beat in one egg.

  3. Sprinkle with a little bit of salt and pepper.

  4. Add a tablespoon of milk and give it a whisk.

  5. Take a frying pan, add a little bit of oil and put it on heat.

  6. Fry your sausages for about 3 minutes on both sides.

  7. After that remove the sausages and add your egg.

  8. Fry it on one side for about 3 to 5 minutes.

  9. Next fold it on turn to the other side.

  10. Fry until ready.

  11. Take a piece of bread, add a little bit of butter and put your fried egg and sausages on top.

  12. Add a little bit of ketchup and cover with a second piece of bread.
