- 1/2 cupof eggs
- 1 cupof sausages
- 1/7 cupof milk
- 1/7 cupof oil
- 1/10 cupof butter
- 2 cupsof bread
- 1/7 cupof ketchup
Cut your sausages into halves.
Take a bowl and beat in one egg.
Sprinkle with a little bit of salt and pepper.
Add a tablespoon of milk and give it a whisk.
Take a frying pan, add a little bit of oil and put it on heat.
Fry your sausages for about 3 minutes on both sides.
After that remove the sausages and add your egg.
Fry it on one side for about 3 to 5 minutes.
Next fold it on turn to the other side.
Fry until ready.
Take a piece of bread, add a little bit of butter and put your fried egg and sausages on top.
Add a little bit of ketchup and cover with a second piece of bread.
