- 1 1/2 cupof eggs
- 3/4 cupof plain flour
- 1/9 cupof baking powder
- 3/4 cupof milk
- 1/10 cupof salt
- 1/7 cupof sugar
Separate the whites from the yolks.
Add a pinch of salt to your whites and beat them until they form stiff peaks.
Now add the sugar to your yolks and mix them a little bit.
Add the milk, flour and baking powder and mix all the ingredients well.
Now add the whites' mixture to the yolks' one and mix well.
Take a pan and put it on heat.
Pour the batter unto the pan and fry the pancakes from both sides until ready. Enjoy!
