- 2 cupsof asparagus
- 1/4 cupof olive oil
- 1/10 cupof salt
- 1/10 cupof pepper
Preheat the oven with foil lined pan to 500 degrees.
While the oven is preheating, prepare the sauce. Mix olive oil, salt, and pepper. Soak the asparagus in the sauce.
Place the asparagus into the preheated pan. Shake the pen to distribute the asparagus evenly. Roast it for 5-7 minutes. Move them around into another half.
Asparagus are done when they are bright green and deliciously browned.
