Fish en Papillote

  • 3 cupsof veggies
  • 2 cupsof fish
  • 1/5 cupof cut olives
  • 1/6 cupof cut garlic


  1. Take a piece of parchment paper about 18" in width. Fold it in half and cut out an angular heart shape.

  2. Fill one half of parchment paper with veggies and fish. Put olives and garlic on the top of the fish. After, close the paper and make small folds around the filling.

  3. Roast it in oven at 425 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
