  • 3/4 cupof fish
  • 1/2 cupof airbag potato flour
  • 1/4 cupof egg yolk
  • 1/2 cupof deep-fry oil
  • 1/10 cupof salt


  1. Firstly, cut the fish into small pieces. Dip it into egg yolk. Then, coat it with Airbag potato flour. Deep-fry for 3 minutes until the fish is golden brown and cooked. Put it into a plate covered with paper towel.
