- 2 cupsof cherry tomatoes
- 1/7 cupof olive oil
- 1 cupof white onion
- 1/7 cupof garlic
- 1/5 cupof jalapeno
- 1/4 cupof lime juice
- 1/10 cupof salt
- 1/10 cupof black pepper
- 1/10 cupof dry oregano
- 1/10 cupof ground cumin
- 1/2 cupof fresh cilantro
Put some foil on your baking sheet.
Drizzle a little bit of olive oil and brush it all over the foil.
Next, add your cherry tomatoes, one roughly chopped onion, 5 cloves of unpeeled garlic and sliced jalapeno.
Broil your vegetables under high hit until charred.
Next, peel the garlic.
Let the vegetables cool a little bit and add them to your blender.
Add lime juice, salt, black pepper, dry oregano, ground cumin and fresh cilantro.
Blend your ingredients well.
Chill your sauce for a few hours before serving. Enjoy!
