- 2 cupsof string beans
- 1/7 cupof olive oil
- 1/7 cupof garlic
- 1/5 cupof ginger
- 1 cupof onion
- 1/5 cupof soy sauce
- 1/8 cupof corn starch
- 1/8 cupof brown sugar
- 1/10 cupof vinegar
Take a frying pan and add a little bit of olive oil.
Put it on heat and add your string beans.
Cut up the garlic, onion, ginger and chicken breasts.
Take the spring beans out.
Add a little bit of olive oil and add the onions and ginger.
Take a bowl and add 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, a tablespoon of corn starch and a tablespoon of brown sugar and mix well.
Add the chicken breasts, garlic and sauce to your pan. Stir well.
Drizzle a little bit of vinegar and return the string beans. Stir well.
Cook until ready. Enjoy!
