- 1 1/2 cupof water
- 1 1/2 cupof pre-soaked cashews
- 1/4 cupof Organic chickpea Miso paste
- 1/8 cupof onion powder
- 1/8 cupof garlic powder
- 1/6 cupof paprika
- 1/4 cupof Nutritional Yeast
- 1/8 cupof sea salt
- 1/10 cupof cayenne pepper (optional)
- 2 cupsof broccoli
- 1 cupof cherry tomatoes
- 4 cupsof cooked pasta
In order to make a sauce, take a blender and combine water, pre-soaked cashews, chickpea Miso paste, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, yeast, and sea salt.
Blend the mixture well until it is creamy.
Take a big bowl and mix there pasta, broccoli and tomatoes.
Pour the sauce on top of pasta and mix well.
Next, put it into baking pan and cook for 15-20 minutes.
You may prepare some salad and serve it with pasta. Enjoy!
