Fettuccine Cashew Cheese Sauce Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cupof water
  • 1 1/2 cupof pre-soaked cashews
  • 1/4 cupof Organic chickpea Miso paste
  • 1/8 cupof onion powder
  • 1/8 cupof garlic powder
  • 1/6 cupof paprika
  • 1/4 cupof Nutritional Yeast
  • 1/8 cupof sea salt
  • 1/10 cupof cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 2 cupsof broccoli
  • 1 cupof cherry tomatoes
  • 4 cupsof cooked pasta

Instructions

  1. In order to make a sauce, take a blender and combine water, pre-soaked cashews, chickpea Miso paste, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, yeast, and sea salt.

  2. Blend the mixture well until it is creamy.

  3. Take a big bowl and mix there pasta, broccoli and tomatoes.

  4. Pour the sauce on top of pasta and mix well.

  5. Next, put it into baking pan and cook for 15-20 minutes.

  6. You may prepare some salad and serve it with pasta. Enjoy!
