- 2 cupsof mixed leaf salad
- 2 cupsof water
- 1/5 cupof cucumbers
- 1/2 cupof cherry tomatoes
- 1/5 cupof spring onion
- 1/8 cupof green bell pepper
- 1/8 cupof yellow bell pepper
- 1/8 cupof red bell pepper
- 1/4 cupof feta cheese
- 1/5 cupof black olives
- 1/20 cupof pepper
Take a big bowl and add your mixed leaf salad.
Add two cups of water. Wash the salad well.
Cut a small cucumber and add to a bowl.
Cut 6 pieces of cherry tomatoes, a little bit of spring onion, small pieces of green, red and yellow bell peppers and add to a bowl as well. Mix the ingredients.
Next, drain the water and put your ingredients into a plate.
Add a little bit of feta cheese and black olives.
Add a little bit of pepper on top. Enjoy!
