Ingredients

  • For The Homemade Torta:
  • 3 cupsof sweet potatoes
  • 1 cupof eggs
  • 1 cupof feta
  • 1/2 cupof parsley
  • 1/2 cupof chives
  • 1/7 cupof rosemary
  • 2 cupsof spinach
  • For The Lemon Chicken
  • 2 cupsof chicken
  • 1 cupof rice
  • 1/2 cupof fresh herbs
  • 1 cupof chicken stock
  • For The Baked Peaches
  • 1 cupof peaches
  • 1/7 cupof rosemary
  • 1/2 cupof disaronno
  • 1 cupof sugar

Instructions

  1. For the homemade torta: peel 3 sweet potatoes, slice them and fry with butter.

  2. Take a bowl and crack 2 eggs and chop in some feta cheese (1 cup).

  3. Add the fresh parsley, chives and rosemary and blend the ingredients well.

  4. Take a frying pan and fry 350 grams of spinach and add it to the feta bowl.

  5. Blend well again.

  6. Take a pan and put the potatoes inside.

  7. Next, pour in the mixture from your bowl.

  8. Cook in an oven at 200 degrees C for about 40 minutes.

  9. For the lemon chicken: take a frying pan and add 3 cut chicken breasts.

  10. Half cook them and add the stock and 1 cup of ride.

  11. Next, add the fresh herbs (basil and thyme) and cook for about 20 minutes.

  12. For the baked peaches: preheat you frying pan and add 3 halved peaches.

  13. Add the rosemary, 1 cup of sugar and disaronno to a bowl and blend well.

  14. Pop your peaches on a baking sheet covered with foil.

  15. Drizzle them with your sauce and bake in an oven for a few minutes. Enjoy!
