  • 2 cupsof cucumbers
  • 1/10 cupof garlic
  • 1/30 cupof salt
  • 1/10 cupof red chili pepper


  1. Take your cucumbers, beat them with a flat side of your knife and then cut them into medium-size pieces. Add a little bit of salt. Cut the garlic. Take a frying pan, add some oil and fry your garlic. Next, add your cut chili pepper and some soy sauce. Put your cucumbers on a plate and pour them with the chili-garlic sauce. Enjoy!
