Ingredients

  • For Pumpkin White Hot Chocolate
  • 1 cupof milk
  • 1/2 cupof chocolate
  • 1/5 cupof pumpkin puree
  • 1/8 cupof ground cinnamon
  • 1/20 cupof pumpkin spice (or gingerbread spice)
  • 1/2 cupof whipped cream
  • For Apple Sandwiches with Peanut Butter
  • 1 cupof apples
  • 1/5 cupof lemon juice
  • 1/3 cupof creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cupof dark chocolate
  • For Pumpkin Banana Bread with Chocolate Chunks
  • 2 cupsof whole wheat flour
  • 2 cupsof sugar
  • 1/7 cupof vanilla sugar
  • 1/7 cupof baking powder
  • 1/9 cupof salt
  • 1/5 cupof butter
  • 1 cupof pumpkin puree
  • 1 cupof eggs
  • 1 cupof plain yogurt
  • 3 cupsof bananas
  • 1/2 cupof chocolate chunks

Instructions

  1. For pumpkin white hot chocolate: heat the milk.

  2. Next, add the pumpkin and the spice and stir.

  3. Remove the pot from the heat and let it cool down for a few minutes.

  4. Pour your hot chocolate in.

  5. Add the whipped cream and ground cinnamon.

  6. For apple sandwiches with peanut butter: core the apples and cut them into pieces.

  7. Sprinkle a little bit of lemon juice over the apples.

  8. Spread the peanut butter over one slice and add another one on top.

  9. Repeat the same procedure for all apples.

  10. Melt the chocolate and drizzle it over your sandwiches.

  11. Freeze them for about 15 minutes.

  12. For Pumpkin banana bread with chocolate chunks: preheat your oven to 200 degrees F first.

  13. Mash the bananas and mix all the puree, yogurt, bananas, eggs and butter together.

  14. Take a new bowl and mix all the dry ingredients.

  15. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ones.

  16. Stir until smooth.

  17. Pour the dough into a baking pan and cook in the oven for about 40 minutes.

  18. After 20 minutes open the oven and turn the pan. Enjoy!
