- 1 cupof dry garbanzo beans
- 1/2 cupof diced onion
- 1/7 cupof minced garlic
- 1/2 cupof chopped Italian parsley
- 1/10 cupof salt
- 1/10 cupof pepper
- 1/10 cupof cumin
- 1/10 cupof coriander
- 1/10 cupof cayenne
- 1/12 cupof baking soda
- 1/7 cupof flour
- 1/7 cupof lemon juice
Cover one cup of dry garbanzo beans in cold water and let them soak for 12 to 24 hours.
Next, drain them very well.
Take your food processor and add the garbanzo beans, flour, lemon juice, minced garlic, diced onion, salt, pepper, cumin, coriander, cayenne, baking soda and chopped Italian parsley.
Process your ingredients until well grounded.
Add your mixture to a bowl and chill for 1 to 2 hours in a fridge.
Make some small balls of your mixture.
Fry your balls at 350 degrees F oil for about 5 minutes or until browned and crispy.
