- 1 cupof Box Pie Crust
- 1/2 cupof pizza sauce
- 1/2 cupof shredded mozzarella
- 1/3 cupof sliced pepperoni
- 1/4 cupof egg wash
Roll out the pie crust. Using a round cookie cutter, cut circles. Make as many as you can. Place them on a parchment lined baking sheet and add a tablespoon of sauce to each one. Next, add some pepperoni to each one. Top it off with some shredded mozzarella cheese. Take an egg wash and rub around the rim of the dough. Place a second piece of dough on top sealing in the ingredients. Using a knife, make slits in the dough. Spread on some more egg wash. Bake you pizza pockets at 435 degrees F for around 10 minutes.
