- 1 cupof butter
- 3 cupsof milk
- 1 cupof flour
- 1/2 cupof cheese
- 1/10 cupof black pepper
- 1/10 cupof sugar
- 1/3 cupof red pepper
- 1/3 cupof onion
- 1/3 cupof spring onion
- 3 cupsof cooked pasta
Preheat the pot and put there butter. Let it melt.
Pour in some milk.
When the milk is warm and butter is melted, add flour there.
Take a blender and blend the mixture. Let it thicken.
Add cheese, black pepper, and sugar.
Preheat another pan, put some olive oil. Then, put there onion, spring onion, and red pepper.
Season the vegetable mixture with salt, black pepper and sugar.
Mix cooked pasta with cheese sauce. Add vegetables.
Take a baking tray and put there the mixture. Put cheese on top.
Bake it in the oven for 15 minutes.
