- 1 cupof cashew nuts
- 1 cupof pitted dates
- 1/4 cupof milled flaxseed
- 1/6 cupof water
- 1/6 cupof cacao powder
- 1/10 cupof vanilla extract
Firstly, you need to blend cashew nuts.
Add dates and blend them together.
Next, add flaxseed and blend a little bit again.
Then, add some water and blend again.
If it is needed, add some more water until mixture turns into a dough consistence.
Next, add 3 spoons of cacao powder and vanilla extract (optionally) and blend well.
Roll the dough into small balls and coat them with cacao powder.
