  • 1 cupof cashew nuts
  • 1 cupof pitted dates
  • 1/4 cupof milled flaxseed
  • 1/6 cupof water
  • 1/6 cupof cacao powder
  • 1/10 cupof vanilla extract


  1. Firstly, you need to blend cashew nuts.

  2. Add dates and blend them together.

  3. Next, add flaxseed and blend a little bit again.

  4. Then, add some water and blend again.

  5. If it is needed, add some more water until mixture turns into a dough consistence.

  6. Next, add 3 spoons of cacao powder and vanilla extract (optionally) and blend well.

  7. Roll the dough into small balls and coat them with cacao powder.

  8. Enjoy your vegan dessert!
