  • 1/8 cupof garlic
  • 1/4 cupof pepper
  • 1/6 cupof onion
  • 1/10 cupof jalapeno
  • 1/2 cupof bacon
  • 1 cupof elk meat
  • 1/10 cupof Mexico chili powder
  • 1/10 cupof cumin
  • 1/2 cupof beer
  • 1/2 cupof roasted tomatoes
  • 1/20 cupof dried oregano
  • 1/2 cupof tomato sauce
  • 1/20 cupof concentrated tomato paste
  • 1/2 cupof beans


  1. Firstly, dice the garlic and mash it. It should be like a kind of paste. Next, dice a pepper and onion. Then, you need to add a little bit of jalapeno. You need to take smoked bacon, so you need to freeze it before in a fridge. When it is frozen, dice it.

  2. Next, you need to put those ingredients into a pan on a medium high heat. Add elk meat and continue to fry it. Then, add some Mexico chili powder and cumin. Let it fry for few minutes and add beer then. Add canned roasted tomatoes. Season the meal with dried oregano. After that, add tomato sauce and a little bit of concentrated tomato paste. Then, add beans. Put one bay leaf into the mixture. Let everything simmer for 45 minutes.

  3. It is better to eat chili next day after cooking. It has better taste.
