- 1 cupof spice cake mix
- 1/10 cupof molasses
- 1/10 cupof nutmegs
- 1 cupof instant vanilla pudding
- 3 cupsof eggnog
- 2 cupsof cool whip
- 1/4 cupof raisins
- 1/4 cupof gingersnap cookies
Mix together molasses, nutmeg and spice cake mix. Prepare and bake the cake as directed. Then, let it cool.
Pour the pudding into a bowl and add there eggnog. Refrigerate the mixture.
Crumble 1/2 of the cake in the bottom of the bowl and cover it with half of pudding mixture and a cup of cool whip. Repeat this once again. Leave it into a fridge for a night.
While you serve it, top the cake with gingersnaps and raisins.
