Eggnog Trifle

  • 1 cupof spice cake mix
  • 1/10 cupof molasses
  • 1/10 cupof nutmegs
  • 1 cupof instant vanilla pudding
  • 3 cupsof eggnog
  • 2 cupsof cool whip
  • 1/4 cupof raisins
  • 1/4 cupof gingersnap cookies


  1. Mix together molasses, nutmeg and spice cake mix. Prepare and bake the cake as directed. Then, let it cool.

  2. Pour the pudding into a bowl and add there eggnog. Refrigerate the mixture.

  3. Crumble 1/2 of the cake in the bottom of the bowl and cover it with half of pudding mixture and a cup of cool whip. Repeat this once again. Leave it into a fridge for a night.

  4. While you serve it, top the cake with gingersnaps and raisins.
