- 1 cupof cooked rice
- 1/4 cupof white onion
- 1/6 cupof spring onion
- 1 cupof eggs
- 1/2 cupof pepper
- 1/6 cupof soy sauce
- 1/8 cupof milk
- 1/10 cupof olive oil
Chop white onion, spring onion, and pepper.
Put olive oil into the pot and fry the vegetables.
Crack the eggs into the bowl, add some milk and whisk the mixture.
Add eggs into the vegetable mixture to fry.
Add pepper and salt.
Next, add cooked rice and mix well.
