  • For The Lunch Number 1
  • 1/2 cupof pasta and marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cupof almond milk
  • 1/2 cupof olives
  • 1/2 cupof nuts
  • 1/2 cupof fruits
  • For The Lunch Number 2
  • 1 cupof bread
  • 1/2 cupof hummus
  • 1/3 cupof lettuce
  • 1/4 cupof tomatoes
  • 1/4 cupof avocado
  • 1 cupof coconut milk yogurt
  • 1/2 cupof love bean superfood fudge
  • 1/2 cupof mamma chia squeeze
  • 1/2 cupof fruits
  • 1/2 cupof tofurky
  • For The Lunch Number 3:
  • 1/2 cupof gardein vegan sliders
  • 1/2 cupof carrots
  • 1/2 cupof hummus
  • 1 cupof Annie's organic bunny fruit snacks
  • 1 cupof vanilla soymilk
  • 1/2 cupof fruits

Instructions

  1. For the lunch number 1: take a lunch box and add your pasta and marinara sauce, blueberries with raspberries, nuts, olives and almond milk.

  2. For the lunch number 2: take two slices of bread and add the hummus, sliced tomatoes, lettuce, tofurky and avocado.

  3. Pack your sandwich into container.

  4. Take a new container and put some fruits in it.

  5. Take coconut milk blueberry yogurt, mamma chia squeeze, love bean superfood fudge and enjoy your lunch!

  6. For the lunch number 3: add the lettuce and sliced tomatoes to your vegan sliders and put them into your lunch box.

  7. Take a new box and add some strawberries, peeled carrots, hummus, soymilk and bunny fruit snacks. Enjoy!
