Ingredients

  • For The Frozen Yogurt Dots
  • 2 cupsof peach yogurt
  • For The Strawberry Ice Cream Sandwiches
  • 1 cupof strawberries
  • 1/3 cupof cool whip
  • 1 cupof crackers
  • For The Frozen Grape Circles
  • 1 cupof grapes
  • For The Zucchini Mini Muffins
  • 1 cupof wheat flour
  • 1/7 cupof honey
  • 1/5 cupof egg
  • 1/10 cupof vanilla
  • 1/7 cupof melted butter
  • 1/10 cupof salt
  • 1/10 cupof baking soda
  • 1/10 cupof cinnamon
  • 1 cupof zucchini
  • 1/2 cupof carrot
  • For The Zucchini Fries
  • 1/2 cupof bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cupof wheat flour
  • 1/2 cupof egg whites
  • 2 cupsof zucchini

Instructions

  1. For the frozen yogurt dots: poor your yogurt into a zipper bag and make a tiny whole in the corner.

  2. Take a baking sheet and make some little yogurt dots on it.

  3. Put the sheet in a freezer for a few hours.

  4. For the strawberry ice cream sandwich: wash all your strawberries.

  5. Cut them into little pieces.

  6. Take a bowl and add the cool whip.

  7. Mix it with the strawberries.

  8. Take your crackers and put the strawberry mixture on top.

  9. Put the crackers on top.

  10. Put them in a freezer for a few hours.

  11. For the frozen grape circles: freeze the grapes overnight.

  12. Take a sucker sticks and put the grapes onto them.

  13. For the zucchini mini muffins: preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

  14. Take a bowl and add the wheat flour, cinnamon, salt and baking soda.

  15. Mix the ingredients well.

  16. Take a new bowl and combine some honey, melted butter, an egg and some vanilla.

  17. Mix the wet and dry ingredients.

  18. Grate 1 cup of zucchini and add it to the mixture.

  19. Add 1/2 cup of carrot and mix well.

  20. Take a muffin pan and fill it with the mixture.

  21. Cook for about 15 minutes.

  22. Meanwhile, take some greek yogurt and add it to a bowl together with vanilla, powdered sugar.

  23. Mix the ingredients well and put in a freezer.

  24. Frost your muffins with this mixture.

  25. For the zucchini fries: take two zucchinis and chop them up into fri shapes.

  26. Take two egg whites and put them into a bowl.

  27. Take some wheat flour and bread crumbs and put them on a plate.

  28. Take a baking sheet and cover it with foil.

  29. Start rolling your zucchini slices in a little bit of flour.

  30. Then, dip them in the egg whites and roll in bread crumbs.

  31. Cook in the oven for 20 minutes at 425 degrees.
