  • 1/8 cupof olive oil
  • 1 cupof bacon
  • 2 cupsof bread
  • 1/7 cupof butter
  • 1/8 cupof ketchup
  • 1/7 cupof grated cheese


  1. Take a frying pan and add a little bit of olive oil.

  2. Place the pan over medium heat.

  3. Add 2 pieces of bacon and fry them until crispy brown.

  4. Remove the bacon and add 1 egg.

  5. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and pepper and brake the egg yolk.

  6. Fry the egg on both sides until ready.

  7. Spread the butter over the bread slices.

  8. Add the bacon to one slice of bread.

  9. Add a little bit of ketchup and cover with a second slice.

  10. Add the fried egg on top of the second slice of bread.

  11. Add some grated cheese and cover with the third slice. Enjoy!
