Dumplings with spinach

Ingredients

  • 1 cupof curd
  • 1 cupof onions
  • 1/20 cupof pepper
  • 1/10 cupof garlic
  • 1 cupof paprika
  • 1/2 cupof basil
  • 2 1/2 cupsof flour
  • 1/2 cupof rapeseed oil
  • 1/10 cupof salt
  • 1 cupof spinach
  • 1 cupof hot water

Instructions

  1. To make dough, mix flour, salt, oil and hot water. Roll the dough into a circle. With the help of glass, press out small discs.

  2. For the filling, chop onions, paprika and garlic. Fry them for 15 minutes. After that, chop spinach and simmer it for 10 minutes. Add fried vegetables to spinach. Crush curd and mix it with vegetables. Add basil.

  3. Fill the disks with filling. Wrap them carefully. Boil dumplings for about 5 minutes. Serve the dumplings with basil and olive oil.
