- 3 cupsof whipping creme
- 1/8 cupof vanilla extract
- 3 cupsof granulated sugar
- 3 cupsof chocolate cake mix
- 1 cupof eggs
- 1/6 cupof red food coloring
- 1/2 cupof olive oil
- 1 cupof water
In order to make whipped creme frosting, take a middle-sized bowl and put there whipped creme. Then, beat it for 5 minutes. Slowly add granulated sugar and vanilla extract and continue mixing. The frosting should be done when it can stand up by itself. Put it in a freezer for at least 10 minutes to allow the frosting to set.
To make the cupcakes, mix an olive oil with three eggs and mix them until homogenous mass. Next, slowly add cake mix and water. Mix everything together and repeat the steps until you have even consistency. After this, add red food coloring. In this way, your cakes will have the signatures of a holiday.
When the mixture for cupcakes is ready, put it into cupcakes pan and into preheated oven for 20 minutes. Let them cool and be ready with your creme frosting.
On the top, you can put some red sprinkles, hearts or any other decorations associated with St. Valentine's day. Enjoy!
