  • 2 cupsof cucumbers
  • 1 cupof flour
  • 1/10 cupof red chilly
  • 1/10 cupof turmeric
  • 1/10 cupof salt
  • 1/10 cupof cumin powder
  • 1/10 cupof ajwain
  • 1/10 cupof oil
  • 1 cupof water


  1. Firstly, shred the cucumbers. Next, add the spices and salt and mix it properly. Then, add flour slowly. The dough is ready.

  2. Then, add some water to make thinner consistency. Preheat the pan and place the dough into it. Spread it oven the pan and make it as thin as possible. When it is cooked flip it to another side. Add some oil on top. Put it in a plate and make as many parathas as you want. Enjoy!
