Crispy Skin Salmon

  • 2 cupsof salmon fish
  • 1/8 cupof soy sauce
  • 1/10 cupof salt
  • 1/10 cupof white pepper
  • 1/10 cupof sesame oil


  1. Add a pinch of salt. Wash the salmon with cold running water. Put soy sauce on top of the fish. Add white pepper, sesame oil, and mix everything well.

  2. Heat the oil in the pan over medium heat. Roll each piece of fish in flour. The, put it into a pan. Cook it for few minutes. Carefully flip into another side until golden brown.

  3. Serve the fish with rice and dipping sauce. Enjoy!
