Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cupof eggs
  • 1/2 cupof sugar
  • 1/50 cupof vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cupof fresh cream

Instructions

  1. Take a big mixing bowl and add 3 egg yolks and 1/2 cup of sugar and whisk well.

  2. Add a little bit of vanilla extract and whisk again.

  3. Start adding your fresh cream while whisking.

  4. Drain you mixture.

  5. Pour it into metal molds and add some sugar on top.

  6. Burn the sugar on top until brown.
