Creamy Corn Soup with Jalapeno

Ingredients

  • 1/7 cupof olive oil
  • 1/7 cupof butter
  • 1/4 cupof chopped onion
  • 1/2 cupof potato, peeled and diced
  • 1 cupof chicken broth
  • 1 cupof heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 cupof yellow corn
  • 1/7 cupof jalapeno
  • 1/15 cupof salt
  • 1/15 cupof pepper
  • 1/8 cupof cilantro

Instructions

  1. Take a pot and add some olive with butter.

  2. Add some onion and put over medium heat.

  3. Cook the onion for 5 minutes.

  4. Next, add the potatoes.

  5. Cook them for 3 minutes.

  6. Add the chicken broth and corn.

  7. Mix them well.

  8. Add the cream and mix.

  9. Add the jalapeno, pepper and salt.

  10. Mix the ingredients and cook until the potato is done.

  11. Finally, process your mixture in a blender and enjoy!
