- 2 cupsof carrots
- 1/2 cupof onion
- 1 cupof diced potatoes
- 1/15 cupof cayenne pepper
- 1/15 cupof turmeric
- 1/7 cupof garlic
- 1/7 cupof thyme
- 5 cupsof chickenof vegetable broth
- 1/7 cupof olive oil
- 1/15 cupof salt
- 1/15 cupof pepper
Take a dish and add olive oil, cut onion, and cut carrots.
Next, add some pepper and thyme.
Cook the vegetables on the stove for 5-10 minutes.
Add the spices and stir.
Add the potatoes and stir.
Add the chicken broth.
Cook until vegetables are tender.
Blend the mixture in your blender.
