Cream Caramel Pudding

  • 1 cupof milk
  • 1/2 cupof sugar
  • 1/10 cupof butter
  • 1 1/2 cupsof eggs
  • 1/19 cupof vanilla
  • 1/2 cupof hot water


  1. Take a pot and add 1 cup of milk and 1/4 cup of sugar and heat it without boiling.

  2. Then, let it cool.

  3. Take a frying pan and add 1/4 cup of sugar and a little bit of water.

  4. Place it over medium heat and bring to a boil.

  5. Grease your molds with butter and add the fried sugar.

  6. Take a new bowl and add 3 eggs and vanilla and mix well.

  7. Add the milk mixture and blend.

  8. Strain the mixture and pour into your baking molds.

  9. Cover with foil and put the molds on a deep baking sheet.

  10. Add about half a cup of hot water to the sheet.

  11. Bake for about 40 minutes at 150 degrees C. Enjoy!
