Cornmeal Porridge

Ingredients

  • 2 cupsof water
  • 1/4 cupof cornmeal
  • 1/2 cupof milk
  • 1/4 cupof coconut milk
  • 1/9 cupof mixed spice
  • 1/9 cupof vanilla
  • 1/10 cupof grated nutmeg
  • 1/10 cupof salt
  • 1/10 cupof cinnamon
  • 1/5 cupof sweet condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Take a pan and add 2 cups of water.

  2. Put it on heat.

  3. Take a bowl and add 1/4 cup of cornmeal and 1/2 cup of milk and whisk.

  4. Add 1/4 cup of coconut milk into boiling water and turn a stove a little bit more.

  5. Next, add you mixture and whisk slightly.

  6. Cook for a while.

  7. Add a little bit of milk and mixed spice. Whisk well.

  8. Add a teaspoon of vanilla, grated nutmeg, a pinch of salt, a pinch of cinnamon and sweet condensed milk.

  9. Cook it for about 5-7 more minutes. Enjoy!
