  • 10 cupsof water
  • 1/5 cupof garlic
  • 1/5 cupof pickling spice
  • 1 cupof salt
  • 1 1/2 cupof sugar
  • 5 cupsof beef
  • 1/5 cupof spices


  1. Take a pot and add two liters of water. Next, add several smashed garlic cloves, two tablespoons of pickling spice, one cup of salt and one and a half cup of sugar. Bring it to a boil, turn off the heat and let it cool down.

  2. Take your beef and wrap it in a plastic bag and add your brine. Leave it for 24 hours. Then, put it in a pot, add some water and a few more spices (garlic, spices) and get it on a stove. Bring to a boil, turn down the heat, cover the pot and let it simmer for about 3 hours.
