- 1/2 cupof butter
- 1/10 cupof garlic
- 1/10 cupof parsley
- 1/2 cupof cooked chicken broth
- 1/10 cupof milk
- 1 cupof flour
- 1 cupof asparagus
- 2 cupsof potato
- 1 cupof chicken
- 1/5 cupof Sauvignon Blanc
Take the garlic and chop it. After that, take the leaves of parsley and chop the, as well.
In order to prepare the seasoning, mix sea salt and pepper and grind it.
Take a deep bowl and put the chicken broth there. Add a little bit of milk and flour.
Wash, dry, and break the asparagus into smaller pieces. Take the potato and cut it into four parts.
Take cut chicken and season it with grinded mixture of salt and pepper. Roll the pieces in flour.
Melt the butter in a frying pan and roast asparagus. Boil the potato and mash it. In a separate pan, roast the chicken.
In order to make a sauce, put some flour, chicken broth with milk and flour. Next comes Sauvignon Blanc. At the end, add some parsley.
When everything is roasted, enjoy the food with a glass of Sauvignon Blanc.
