- 2 1/4 cupsof all-purpose flour
- 1/9 cupof baking soda
- 1/20 cupof salt
- 1/7 cupof cornstarch
- 3/4 cupof unsalted butter
- 3/4 cupof light brown sugar
- 1/2 cupof granulated sugar
- 1/2 cupof eggs
- 1/4 cupof egg yolks
- 1/9 cupof vanilla
- 2 cupsof milk chocolate chips
Sift 2 1/4 cup of all-purpose flour into the bowl.
Add 1 teaspoon of baking soda, 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1 1/2 teaspoon of cornstarch.
Take a kitchenaid and add the melted butter, brown sugar and white sugar and mix for a while.
Add 1 while egg and 1 egg yolk and vanilla and turn the kitchenaid again.
Next, add the mixture to a flour bowl. Mix well.
Add 2 cups of milk chocolate chips. Mix well.
Put the parchment paper on your baking sheet and form the cookies.
Bake them for about 10 minutes at 350 degrees F.
