  • 1 cupof Appletiser
  • 1/5 cupof clementine preserves
  • 1/10 cupof mint leaves
  • 3/8 cupof white wine
  • 1/32 sugar syrup
  • 1/2 cupof ice


  1. Put one tablespoon of clementine preserves into the glass. Add mint leaves, sugar syrup, white wine and ice. Shake all the ingredients in a shaker. Next, pour the mixture through a sieve into a glass bottle. Add Appletiser and cover the bottle neck with a mint leaf.
