Collard Green Сooked with Sun Dried Tomatoes, Mushrooms and Onions

  • 4 cupsof collards
  • 1 cupof onions
  • 1/2 cupof sun dried tomatoes
  • 1 cupof baby portabella mushrooms
  • 1/5 cupof olive oil
  • 1/7 cupof soy sauce
  • 1/7 cupof full liquid smoke
  • 1/3 cupof water


  1. take a pot and add a little bit of olive oil. Then, add your mushrooms and stir fry them for a while. Next, add your mushrooms. Stir well. Now, add your sun dried tomatoes. Stir well. Now, add your collards. Cook the ingredients until collards become tender. Add a little bit of water ( about 1/3 cup). Stir well and cover the pot. Later, add a tablespoon of soy sauce to replace the salt. Finally, add a 2 caps of full liquid smoke.
