Ingredients

  • 2 cupsof coconut meat
  • 1 cupof coconut water
  • 1/10 cupof probiotic (1 capsule)
  • 1/4 cupof acai powder

Instructions

  1. Cut the coconut and pour coconut water out.

  2. Take out a coconut meat and put it into blender.

  3. Add cocobut water there.

  4. Take a jar and put there probiotic.

  5. Add coconut water to the probiotic and warm the mixture. This way you will activate probiotic.

  6. Pour the probiotic mixture into the blender and mix well.

  7. Then, cover it and let it freeze and thicken.

  8. Further, you can put it back to blender, add infused safron and acai powder.

  9. Blend it well.

  10. Put it into fridge and after it is frozen, enjoy!
