Coconut Macaroons

  • 1/2 cupof egg whites
  • 1/2 cupof castor sugar
  • 1/2 cupof desiccated coconut


  1. Preheat you oven to 150 degrees.

  2. Take a bowl and add the egg whites and mix them well until they are foamy.

  3. Start editing a little bit of sugar at a time while mixing.

  4. Now add your desiccated coconut and mix well with your spatula.

  5. Take a baking sheet and form the macaroons.

  6. Bake them for about 15 minutes.
