Coconut and Raspberries Panna Cotta

  • 1 cupof cream
  • 1 cupof coconut milk
  • 1/5 cupof sugar
  • 1/50 cupof vanilla
  • 1/15 cupof gelatin
  • 1/15 cupof water
  • 1/2 cupof raspberries


  1. Take a bowl and add 1 cup of cream, 1 cup of coconut milk and 3 teaspoons of sugar. Stir the ingredients. Add a little bit of vanilla. Heat the cream in a microwave or on a stove for around 10 minutes.

  2. In a small bowl moisturize one teaspoon of gelatin (put one teaspoon of gelatin into a bowl, add one teaspoon of water and stir).

  3. Add moisturized gelatin to the warm cream and stir the mixture a little bit. Pour the mixture into several glasses and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. After that, cover the dessert with raspberries.
