Cocoa Brownies

Ingredients

  • 1 cupof sugar
  • 1 cupof eggs
  • 1/9 cupof vanilla sugar
  • 1/3 cupof unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cupof all-purpose flour
  • 1/15 cupof baking powder
  • 1/30 cupof salt
  • 1/2 cupof melted butter
  • 1 cupof eggs
  • 1/2 cupof chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl and add 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour, 1 cup of sugar, 1/3 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder, 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar, and 1/30 cup of salt and mix well.

  2. Add 100 g of melted butter and use your spatula to mix the ingredients.

  3. Whisk in two eggs, one at a time.

  4. Mix until the batter is nice and shiny.

  5. Add 1/2 cup of chocolate chips and mix well.

  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared square pan covered with foil.

  7. Preheat your oven to 338 degrees F and bake for about 25-20 minutes.

  8. Cool to room temperature.

  9. You can use chocolate glaze if you want.
