- 1/5 cupof Cardinal Spirits Standard Dry Gin
- 1/7 cupof egg white
- 1/10 cupof lemon juice
- 1/14 cupof raspberry syrup
- 1/2 cupof ice
- For raspberry syrup
- 1 cupof sugar
- 1 cupof water
- 2 cupsof raspberries
To make the raspberry syrup, take a saucepan and add 1 cup of water, 1 cup of sugar, and 2 cups of raspberries.
Simmer for 5 minutes over medium-low heat.
Let it cool and strain.
To make the cocktail, add all ingredients to a shaker and shake well to emulsify the egg white with the rest of ingredients.
Next, add the ice and shake again.
