- 1/4 cupof butter
- 2 cupof self-rising flour
- 1 1/2 cupof sugar
- 1/2 cupof heavy cream
- 1/2 cupof whole milk
- 1 cupof cut strawberries
Melt you unsalted butter over medium heat and toast to a golden brown.
Take a mixing bowl and add your self-rising flour, sugar, whole milk, heavy cream and toasted butter.
Mix the ingredients with a spoon.
Form an appropriate piece and cut it into pieces.
Put the pieces on a pan and brush the top with some heavy cream and sugar.
Bake at 425 degrees F for about 15-18 minutes or until browned.
Take a bowl and add your strawberries and sugar.
Mix the ingredients well and put in a fridge for about an hour.
Now, cut your cakes into halves and put the strawberries inside. Top with heavy cream. Enjoy!
