Ingredients

  • 1 cupof Berconia brown rice macaroni, cooked
  • 1/3 cupof coconut milk
  • 1/3 cupof coriander/cilantro
  • 1/7 cupof coconut oil, melted
  • 1/7 cupof lemon rind
  • 1/7 cupof lime rind
  • 1/4 cupof lemon juice
  • 1/4 cupof lime juice
  • 1/10 cupof salt
  • 1/10 cupof black pepper

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl and add all the ingredients expect the cooked macaroni and mix well.

  2. Next, add the pasta and mix again. Enjoy!
