  • 1 cupof heavy cream
  • 1/20 cupof fresh yeast
  • 1 1/4 cupof flour
  • 1 1/4 cupof water
  • 1/3 cupof cinnamon sugar
  • 1/2 cupof eggs
  • 1/30 cupof vanilla
  • 1/4 cupof sugar
  • 1 cupof whole milk
  • 1/3 cupof parsley


  1. Take a big bowl and add your flour, cinnamon sugar, fresh yeast, some water and mix well.

  2. In a separate bowl beat yolks, sugar, and salt with a mixer on a high speed until pale yellow and thick about 5 minutes.

  3. Boil your cream mixture. Next, whisk your cream mixture. Fry balls until golden brown and turn to other side to repeat. Remove and drain excess oil and dust with more cinnamon sugar.

  4. Add creme anglaise dipping sauce to a plate and put your balls. Garnish with parsley.
