  • 1 cupof unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cupof sugar
  • 1/2 cupof egg
  • 1 cupof self-rising flour


  1. Take a bowl and add 8 ounces of unsalted butter and 4 ounces of sugar and mix well.

  2. Add one egg and mix well again.

  3. Add 10 ounces of self-rising flour and mix the ingredients with your spatula and later with your hand.

  4. Wrap the dough in a parchment paper and place in a fridge for 30 minutes.

  5. Cut the dough and place on the cooking dish covered with parchment paper.

  6. Bake in the oven for about 12 minutes. Enjoy!
