Christmas Cinnamon Rolls

  • 2 cupsof dough
  • 1 cupof milk
  • 1/2 cupof sugar
  • 1 cupof brown sugar
  • 4 cupsof flour
  • 2/6 cupof butter
  • 1/2 cupof eggs
  • 1/2 cupof cinnamon
  • 1/10 cupof salt
  • 1/10 cupof yeast


  1. Take a bowl and combine sugar, salt, yeast, and flour. Heat the milk together with butter (until 55 degrees Celsius). Beat the liquid into dry ingredients and beat in the eggs. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes.

  2. In order to prepare the filling, melt the butter. Mix brown sugar with cinnamon in a small bowl. Next, roll the dough into rectangle. Butter the dough and sprinkle it with cinnamon and sugar. Roll the dough. Cut the roll into 2" (5 cm) slices and arrange them in greased pan. Let it rise in a warm place for an hour. Finally, bake it for 20 minutes.
