- 7 cupsof chicken
- 1/2 cupof spring onion
- 1/7 cupof ginger
- 1/7 cupof fresh thyme
- 1/7 cupof garlic
- 1/7 cupof chicken seasoning
- 1/7 cupof paprika
- 1/7 cupof coriander seasoning
- 1/9 cupof pepper
- 1 cupof tomatoes
- 1 cupof potato
- 1/7 cupof butter
Take your chicken and put it in a baking sheet.
Sprinkle it with oil, chopped spring onion, chopped ginger, fresh thyme, chopped garlic, chicken seasoning, paprika, coriander seasoning, pepper.
Add several tomatoes and cut potato.
Rub your chicken with the butter.
Leave your chicken for 2 hours.
Next, bake it in the oven until ready at medium heat. Enjoy!
